## 1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information Ready Roadside Assist Now ("RRA") collects through its app and site, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and how you can ask for it to be deleted.
## 2. Information collected
RRA collects only what is needed to dispatch help, run accounts, and process payments:
- **Account and contact information:** your name, email address, and phone number, when you create an account, request help, join, or contact RRA.
- **Precise location:** your location when you request roadside help, so RRA can dispatch the nearest subscribed provider and track the job. Location is collected for dispatch, not for general tracking.
- **Job details:** vehicle or equipment type, problem description, job/tracking details, photos you provide, and messages about the job.
- **Login information:** a login token used to keep you signed in to the app or site.
- **Payment confirmations:** confirmation that a payment was made, without full card numbers — see Section 4.
- **Messages you send:** the contents of request-help forms, inquiry forms, and messages you send to RRA.
RRA does not collect precise location except in connection with a help request, dispatch, or tracking you have started.
## 3. Why it is collected
Your information is used to:
- Dispatch the nearest subscribed provider to your location.
- Track the job and keep you updated on its status.
- Create and manage your account and membership.
- Process payments and confirm jobs.
- Respond to your inquiries and rework requests.
- Send dispatch, tracking, and service notifications to your phone and email.
- Improve the app, site, and dispatch service.
## 4. Payments — Square
Card payments are processed through Square. The app never sees your full card number — Square processes the payment under Square's own privacy policy, and RRA receives only the confirmation needed to record the job or membership.
## 5. Who it is shared with
RRA shares your information only as follows:
- **With the dispatched provider only:** for a job you request, your job contact details and location are shared with the provider dispatched to that job, so the provider can find you and perform the work. Job details are not shared with providers who were not dispatched to your job.
- With Square, to process a card payment you make.
- With service providers that help run the app, site, dispatch, or notifications, only as needed to provide the service.
- Where required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of RRA, its customers, providers, or others.
**RRA does not sell your personal information.** RRA does not share your information for advertising by third parties.
## 6. How long it is kept
RRA keeps your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to maintain job, membership, and payment records, to handle rework requests within the 72-hour window and any follow-up, and to comply with legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
## 7. Your choices and deletion requests
You may ask RRA to:
- Correct your contact information.
- Delete your account and personal information, subject to records RRA must keep for legal, payment, membership, or job reasons.
- Stop non-essential notifications, while still receiving messages needed for an active job or membership.
To make a request, contact RRA at 786-470-0448, with the name and email or phone number on the account. RRA will confirm the request and explain any record that must be kept and why.

RRA uses reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including limiting job details to the dispatched provider. No system is completely secure, so you should keep your login details private and tell RRA promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
## 9. Children
RRA's service is for users 18 and older. RRA does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
## 10. Changes to this policy
RRA may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on the app and site with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
