Insurance and Rework Policy — Ready Roadside Assistance Services LLC. Contact 786-470-0448. Effective October 30, 2026.
Ready Roadside Assist Now is a dispatch and matching platform connecting customers with independent service providers — mechanics, tow companies, shops, businesses, and freelancers. RRA is NOT an insurance company, and this policy is not an insurance policy. RRA does not underwrite, sell, or issue insurance. RRA is a neutral intermediary: it matches the job, sends it to the nearest subscribed provider, and tracks the job.
Every provider, business, company, mechanic, technician, and freelancer who accepts work through RRA must carry and maintain their own insurance at their own cost: commercial general liability; commercial auto/tow insurance for any vehicle they drive, tow, or work on; workers' compensation where required by law; and any other insurance required by law, trade, or equipment serviced. Coverage must stay current while accepting RRA jobs; if it lapses, is cancelled, or does not cover the work, the provider must stop accepting RRA jobs until restored. RRA may ask for proof of insurance before or during onboarding and may remove a provider from dispatch if proof is not provided. Asking for proof does not make RRA the provider's insurer.
The provider who performs the work is responsible for their own work, including injury, damage, or loss caused by their negligence, faulty workmanship, equipment, employees, or subcontractors. RRA is not liable for injuries, damage, or loss caused by a provider, including to the customer, provider, passenger, bystander, vehicle, cargo, or property, except where RRA itself directly caused harm through its own negligence.
Rework promise (not insurance coverage): If a repair was done wrong, report it to RRA at 786-470-0448 as soon as possible with job/tracking details, what went wrong, and photos if available, and BEFORE having anyone else repair the same issue — if a third party repairs it first, free rework may be denied. RRA will contact the same provider, technician, or freelancer who was liable and ask them to fix it. Rework labor is free. The customer must bring the equipment/vehicle to the technician's or service provider's location for the rework — no exception; there is no mobile rework visit. Customer must keep the receipt for parts from the original repair: if presented, rework parts are covered; if the parts receipt is lost, the customer covers parts costs. If the original provider cannot or will not return, RRA will try to dispatch another provider; that does not make RRA liable for the original faulty work, and any new work is charged at normal pricing unless RRA agrees otherwise in writing. Rework covers faulty workmanship on the repair itself only — not pre-existing damage, wear and tear, damage after the repair by the customer or a third party, or a different problem. A rework order is free only for an issue diagnosed by the technician or service provider as faulty workmanship; an issue suggested or pinpointed by the customer is reworkable only for the same specific work originally done, if the provider diagnoses it as that same work done wrong. Other issues, or issues that are not the same specific work, will not be covered and are charged as a new job. Report faulty work within 72 hours of the original repair — after 72 hours the rework promise expires and any later repair is a new job at normal pricing.
What this policy does not cover: RRA does not pay insurance claims, medical bills, or property-damage claims for a provider or customer; does not guarantee a provider's insurance limits or that a provider's policy will pay any claim; does not cover injuries or damage from unsafe scene conditions outside the provider's and RRA's control, except as required by law. Customers should keep their own vehicle insurance current.
Additional terms: Providers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, or franchisees of RRA; RRA provides no wages, benefits, workers' compensation, or health insurance to them, and providers are solely responsible for taxes, licenses, permits, equipment, personnel, and compliance with towing, consumer-protection, and other laws. Providers must give RRA a certificate of insurance at onboarding and again on request or renewal; a lapse, cancellation, or non-covering policy means suspension or removal from dispatch until coverage is restored and proof provided. Minimums by equipment type (state minimum applies if higher): Cars, SUVs, vans — commercial auto $300,000 per occurrence, general liability $300,000 per occurrence (commercial auto required even for light services like jump-starts and lockouts; personal auto alone is not enough). Semi trucks, heavy trucks, buses — commercial auto $1,000,000 combined single limit, general liability $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate, cargo $100,000 where the provider hauls or is responsible for cargo. Trailers and towing — commercial auto $1,000,000 combined single limit, garage keepers/on-hook/cargo $100,000 per occurrence for any provider who tows, hooks, or stores a vehicle or trailer. RVs and motorhomes — commercial auto $500,000 per occurrence, general liability $1,000,000 per occurrence. Boats and marine — marine liability $1,000,000 per occurrence, general liability $1,000,000 per occurrence. Heavy equipment — commercial auto $1,000,000 combined single limit, general liability $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate. All categories — workers' compensation where required, or occupational accident coverage for an owner-operator with no employees where applicable.
Each provider agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RRA, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from that provider's services, negligence, faulty workmanship, equipment, employees, subcontractors, or failure to follow the law. RRA will try to help resolve a dispute between a customer and a provider (for example by contacting the provider, reviewing the job record, and arranging rework); helping to mediate does not make RRA liable or guarantee the outcome. Customer responsibilities: give accurate vehicle, location, and problem information; be present when the provider arrives unless unsafe to remain; follow the provider's safety instructions; keep their own vehicle insurance current; and approve any additional work or charges before the provider performs it — work not approved is not covered by the rework promise. Except where the law does not allow it, RRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from a provider's services, including loss of use, lost profits, missed appointments, or cargo delay. The rework promise is the customer's remedy for faulty workmanship under this policy and does not replace any legal right the customer has directly against the provider. This policy is not an automobile liability insurance contract, not a towing insurance contract, and not a motor club insurance contract. RRA makes no warranty about a provider's work beyond the rework promise. Parts are covered only as stated above (receipt rule); any separate manufacturer or parts warranty is between the customer and the parts maker or provider, not RRA.
How to report or request rework: call or text 786-470-0448 with your name, job/tracking code if you have one, date and location of service, provider's name if known, and what went wrong. Keep photos, receipts, and messages about the job until resolved.
