Ready Roadside is adding 1099 independent contractor field inspectors across the US. Inspect trucks, trailers, and equipment near you. You pick the jobs and set your own schedule.
How it works
A posted job shows: equipment/vehicle type, location area, flat fee + mileage for that job, and report format. Work is a walk-around, photos, and a digital report, typically about an hour. That time is typical, not a guarantee. Reports are completed with Ready Roadside's Inspection Forms, saved on the phone, with PDF download. In-app photo capture is not part of this view. Inspectors only get job offers when their availability is set to Available. Default is Off Duty.
Pay
Flat fee + mileage, shown on each job. The amount is set by Ready Roadside per job. No fee or mileage rate is listed here until Ready Roadside sets it.

Diesel, fleet, or heavy equipment mechanic; Trailer or truck maintenance; Auto, home, or insurance inspection or adjusting.
